How quickly can you turn a job around?

Small digital jobs (business cards, flyers, invitations) are typically ready within 24–72 hours. Offset and signage projects usually take 3–10 working days depending on quantity, finish and install. Rush service is available — call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit your deadline.

What file format should I send?

Accepted Answer

A print-ready PDF (300 dpi, CMYK, embedded fonts, 3mm bleed) is ideal. We can also work from AI, EPS, PSD and Word / Canva files — for those we may add a light prepress step before we go to press. If you don't have artwork, our design team can create it for you.

Do you offer design services if I don't have artwork?

Yes. Our in-house design team can create everything from a single business card to a full brand identity, packaging and campaign artwork. Design is quoted separately from print.

Question 4

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

For digital printing there is effectively no minimum — we regularly print single wedding cards or a batch of ten. Offset printing becomes more economical from around 500 copies. For signage there is no minimum quantity.

Can I pick up my order, or do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Both. You can collect at the Main Office on Africa Avenue (Dembel Business Centre) or from the Production Workshop. We also deliver within Addis Ababa and can arrange courier delivery to other regions.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, bank transfer (CBE, Awash and other major banks) and Telebirr. For corporate accounts we can issue proforma invoices and set up billing terms.

Question 7

Do you print in Amharic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We routinely print in Amharic, English, Afaan Oromoo and Tigrinya. Please send fonts along with your artwork, or let us know and we'll suggest suitable typefaces.

Question 8

Do you install signage on-site?

Accepted Answer

Yes — from a single shopfront to multi-branch rollouts. We survey, produce and install, and we clean up when we're done. Vehicle wraps are done at the workshop.

Can I see samples before printing?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We provide a digital soft-proof for every job, and for larger runs (or colour-critical jobs) we can produce a hard-copy proof. Feel free to visit the Main Office to look at paper stocks, laminations and finish samples.
