ADP offers a wide range of printing services, including but not limited to business cards, flyers, posters, and more. Customization options are available to suit your specific requirements.

2. Order Placement Process:
Orders can be placed conveniently through our website or by contacting our customer support team. Please ensure that artwork is submitted in the specified file formats and meets our requirements for optimal print quality.

3. Artwork Requirements:
Artwork must be submitted in CMYK color mode with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. We accept file formats such as PDF, JPEG, PNG, and AI. Detailed specifications can be found on our website.

4. Proofing Process:
Upon receipt of your artwork, we will provide digital proofs for your review and approval before proceeding with production. It is your responsibility to carefully review proofs for accuracy and notify us of any changes or corrections needed.

5. Payment Terms:
Payment is required upfront before production begins. We accept payments via ban transfers and TeleBirr directly from your phone. Prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Production and Delivery Times:
Our standard turnaround time for production is three working days, excluding shipping. Expedited production and delivery options are available for an additional fee. Please refer to our shipping policy for estimated delivery times.

7. Quality Assurance and Returns Policy:
We are committed to delivering high-quality printed products that meet your expectations. In the event of any defects or issues with your order, please contact us immediately for resolution. Refunds, replacements, or credits may be offered at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property Rights:
By submitting artwork to ADP Printing Press, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and reproduce the content. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that violates copyright or trademark laws.

9. Privacy and Data Protection:
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and payment information. Your data will be handled securely and in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws.

10. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, with ADP’s registered office as the designated jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or modify these conditions of sale at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.
